FRKLaw Attorney: John Feijoo
After
obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University in 1988,
John Feijoo attended Brooklyn Law as a Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient,
and received his law degree in 1991. Having
clerked at FRKLaw during
his last year in law school, upon graduation, Mr. Feijoo was invited to join
the firm. He has been a senior associate attorney at Farber,
Rosen and Kaufman since 1993.

Mr. Feijoo has extensive experience as counsel to various financial lending institutions in complex commercial and residential loan transactions. He interacts regularly with bank officers and borrower counsel, negotiates loan terms, and supervises the drafting and preparation of all necessary closing documents. Mr. Feijoo supervises the firm's foreclosure department. His background also provides clients with expertise in drafting contacts of sale, title clearance and lender coordination. Additionally, Mr. Feijoo has compiled substantial experience in commercial litigation, trusts and estates and family law matters, having represented clients throughout his years in practice before both the state and federal courts. Fluent in Spanish.
