After
graduating from Bernard Baruch College with a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Alan Kaufman received his law degree from St. John's Law School
in 1987. He joined the firm of Farber Rosen and Kaufman PC in
1988 and thereafter became partner.

7 years as an accountant for Kaufman & Company, CPAs.

Mr. Kaufman specializes in complex real estate and mortgage transactions and financial arrangements. He directs and performs real estate closings and mortgage refinances, negotiates contracts, and deals with loan officers and other bank management personnel.
